Welcome to the South St. Paul Rod & Gun Club . . .

Trap Field 2. . . the only gun club in the heart of the Twin Cities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota. We are nestled in the backwaters of the Mississippi River, within a 10-minute drive of downtown St. Paul.

Come try your hand at the shotgun sports of trap, skeet, sporting clays, 5-Stand sporting clays.

We also have a rifle range with 8 lanes, including 2 lanes up to 200 yards, as well as a pistol range, with 6 lanes up to 25 yards. Both are outdoor ranges, although we shoot from a building for the rifle range.

Our facility is available for practice, leagues, special member shoots, and tournaments. We also offer corporate and group outings, a unique venue for group fun.

Other amenities include our pro shop, restaurant, banquet room, pavilion, and full bar.

Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or accomplished shooter, or a bird hunter ready to tune up your shooting eye for the upcoming season, come enjoy our friendly, safe, casual family atmosphere and experience the fun we never outgrow: the fun of shooting at, and hitting, a moving (or stationary) target!

The South St Paul Rod & Gun Club’s mission is to provide a safe, recreational shooting experience
for its members and their guests, to promote the shooting sports, to protect and preserve our
shooting and hunting heritage, to offer shooting opportunities to youth and new shooters through
education and instruction, and to support stewardship in our local community.
